This study examines Digital Transformation and Its Impact on the Development of the Security Decision-Making System, against the backdrop of the rapid adoption of digital technologies by security institutions and their growing role in processing security-related information and situations. It aims to clarify the concept of digital transformation in the security field and its main components, examine the role of digital technologies in providing information and supporting security decision-making, and assess their impact on the speed and accuracy of security decisions, as well as on the ability to anticipate risks and strengthen security responses. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the main dimensions of digital transformation and analyze its implications for the security decision-making process. The findings indicate that digital transformation contributes to the development of security decision-making by improving the collection, processing, and use of information, reducing the time required to reach decisions, and enhancing their accuracy. It also strengthens the ability to identify risk indicators and improve preparedness and response.
