This study aimed to identify the reality of knowledge management practices in unstable public environments, applying this to eight universities representing all Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The descriptive analytical approach was used, relying on a questionnaire as the data collection tool. A stratified random sample of 713 faculty members was selected. The results showed that knowledge management practices in Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip were at a high level. The "knowledge sharing" dimension ranked first, while the "knowledge storage" dimension ranked last. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample regarding knowledge management, attributable to the variables of academic qualification and rank, favoring the "Master's/Lecturer or Instructor" category. Further differences were found based on the variable of years of university teaching experience, favoring those with 11-15 years of experience. While no differences were found attributable to the gender variable. In conclusion, the study offered several recommendations.............
