الملخص
تناولت الدراسة : ممارسة العملية التعليمية في التعليم الجامعي وما مدى توافق مخرجاتها بسوق العمل
هدفت الدراسة الي : التعرف علي اتجاه العملية التعليمية من واقع الممارسة العملية .
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات
توصلت الدراسة الي عدت نتائج من أهمها : يجب الاهتمام بأعضاء هيئة التدريس ونشر الوعي بينهم وتحفيزهم علي مزاولة النشاط ودفعهم الي مزيد من الجودة .
Abstract
The study dealt with the exercise of the educational process in university education and the extent to which its outputs are compatible with the labor market. The study aimed to identify the direction of the educational process from practice. The study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The faculty members should be paid attention and awareness among them and motivated to practice the activity and push them to more quality
