Authors must ensure that the content of their manuscripts is original. If the work or words of others are included, they must be properly cited or quoted. All submissions to International Science and Technology Journal (ISTJ) are subject to plagiarism screening using Turnitin, an online plagiarism detection tool. The maximum allowable similarity index is 25%. If plagiarism is detected during the editorial or peer-review process, the manuscript will be immediately rejected. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be retracted and a formal notice will be issued. Depending on the severity of the violation, additional actions may be taken against the authors.
If plagiarism is confirmed, ISTJ reserves the right to notify the authors’ affiliated institutions, funding bodies, and the original authors whose work was plagiarized.
Authors and readers may submit complaints or appeals via email to the editor or publisher. Each complaint will be assigned a unique reference number, which can be used for future correspondence and follow-up.
The content and opinions expressed in articles published in ISTJ are solely the responsibility of the authors. ISTJ, its editors, and its publisher do not assume liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided. They are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the journal.
