Publishing fees

The author is required to pay the fees associated with the evaluation, review, and publication of the scientific manuscript. The fees are as follows:

• For Libyan researchers: 375 LD (three hundred and seventy-five Libyan Dinars).
• For non-Libyan researchers: $80 (eighty US dollars).
