الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل الإدارية المسببة في تأخير إنجاز المشاريع الإنشائية وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقيه على بعض شركات البناء و التشييد بمدينة طبرق، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الاساليب الاحصائية الوصفية بشكل عام، وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على عدد 75 مبحوث من ذوى الخبرة والمعرفة في الشركات العامة والخاصة العاملة بمدينة طبرق.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the administrative factors causing delay in the completion of construction projects through a study of its application on some construction and construction companies in Tobruk city. The study relied on descriptive statistical methods in general, and the questionnaire form was distributed to 75 respondents with Experience and knowledge in public and private companies operating in Tobruk
