الملخص
إن تطبيق التكنولوجيا لدعم كل من المستخدم والمنظمة يتيح لكليهما أداء عمليات اتخاذ القرار الميسرة. ويعد ذكاء الأعمال (BI) وهي جزء من حزمة تطبيقات وتقنيات لجمع وتخزين وتحليل وتوفير من التطبيقات الأكثر دقة وسرعة الوصول إلى البيانات من أجل مساعدة المستخدمين على اتخاذ قرارات أفضل وأسرع. ومن ثم هدفت هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف ووصف كيفية BI على الشركات التي تتمتع بميزة سوقية تنافسية واستقرار طويل الأجل من وجهات النظر النظرية.
Abstract
The implementation of technology to support both user and organization enables both to perform better facilitating decision-making processes. More particularly, Business Intelligence (BI) which is a general category of applications and technologies for collecting, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data in order to help users make better and faster decisions. Hence, the purpose of this paper was to explore and describe how BI influences businesses with a competitive market advantage and long-term stability from theoretical perspectives
